In response to Covid-19 challenges faced by learning communities, we are offering our customers the ability to add additional students free.
As many learning communities around the country are working to transition to remote learning due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we’re taking immediate action to ensure that current customers can use SPS to set up online accounts for their entire learning community in response to the restrictions that may be put in place in your area. If your district needs accounts created for additional grades or groups to help to facilitate this effort, the SPS support team will gladly make these adjustments. Normally there is a cost associated with changes like this and they are pro-rated for the time remaining in the school year, however SPS will waive any and all costs related to this for the remainder of this school year. If you choose to keep these additional students on your service they will be added to your student count when we calculate your annual renewal on July 1, 2020.
