Student Provisioning Services (SPS) Pledges to Safeguard Student Privacy


To view our website user privacy policy, please click here.  We do not collect student data through our website. Our website is for marketing purposes only and is not an application for our service. 

This policy is the one we adhere to for student and school data that we come into contact with when performing student provisioning services for learning communities. None of that data passes through this website and is used only for the purposes of performing our service as authorized by the the institutional with which we have a contract. 


Student Provisioning Services (SPS) Privacy Policy 

  • SPS maintains a comprehensive security program that is reasonably designed to protect the security, privacy, confidentiality, and integrity of student personal information against risks – such as unauthorized access or use, or unintended or inappropriate disclosure – through the use of administrative, technological, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
  • SPS requires that any vendors or 3rd parties with whom student personal information is shared in order to deliver the educational service, if any, are obligated to implement these same policies for the given student personal information. SPS only contracts with third parties that are consistent with the same principles that we adhere to, including security and data retention principles.
  • SPS does not collect, maintain, use or share student personal information beyond that needed and authorized by educational/school entity to provide our service.
  • SPS does not sell student personal information.
  • SPS does not use or disclose student information collected through an educational/school service (whether personal information or otherwise) for behavioral targeting of advertisements to students.
  • SPS uses, and retains student personal information for the purposes we are authorized by the educational institution/agency, according to the terms of our agreement, and not through this website.
  • In the event of a merger or sale we will  allow a successor entity to maintain the student personal information, and that entity is subject to these same privacy terms.
